Al is a proud father to two amazing girls and husband to Kim.
He is a Parksville born local with an award-winning smile.
Al was in a mountain biking accident in June of 2020. He broke his neck and is now a quadriplegic with some arm use.
Since getting home from surgery and rehab, Al has jumped back into training.
He is training consistently 3 days a week, getting stronger every day.
“I am doing the same work,” Al says, “just a little differently.”
His life motto?
“Make small goals and crush them! This has become even more important on this current journey I am on.”
